There is a saying that says, “Don’t let your right hand know what your left hand is doing” ? “I say let your right hand know what your competitors are doing” because your competitors really keep you in business when you know their strengths and weaknesses. Competitive Analysis displays the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors as well as your own. Additionally, it allows you to make an honest assessment of your company’s qualities in terms of products and services that you offer in compared to what your competitors offer. The data is used to help you make changes in your business that promotes growth in your company but never to harm your competitors because in actuality they are your best friends in the business world. Majority of businesses look at their competitors as their arch enemies. Well, I suggest that you change that mind set and think outside of the box.
